Bio

Lorenzo De Bartolomeis studied Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano and Central Saint Martins College London. He graduated in Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano, with a thesis project on the redevelopment of public space in the Milano Bicocca Area.

Lorenzo collaborates with Isao Hosoe from 2004 on several projects as office furniture, bar furniture, industrial equipment and automation, consumer products and medical equipment. Conceiving the Play40 game published by Corraini.

Since 2016 he has taught industrial design at the University of Bologna and collaborates with the Italian Institute of Technology for robotics projects applied to rehabilitation.

With Gabriele Diamanto and Filippo Poli he founded ddpstudio architecture & design, a studio active in the sectors of product design, set-ups, architecture and coordinated image. To date, he works as design consultant for the Loccioni group in the automation, medical and renewable energy sectors.
